The 2019 Monster Jam season will bring a new level of high-flying, four-wheel excitement to the entire family with racing, two-wheel skills and freestyle competitions at the jaw-dropping Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Saturday, February 23, and Sunday, February 24.
How and Why did Linsey become a driver? Growing up in Canada, Linsey’s passion was hockey and he had his sights set on being a professional hockey player so how did he become a professional motorsport driver?
Linsey’s brother had to suddenly give up his job because his wife had a baby that was premature and he needed to be with his family. Linsey was young and his future as a hockey player was uncertain. After his brother gave Linsey’s name to his boss, the future was set! Linsey fell in love with the adrenaline rush of performing in front of thousands of excited fans – especially when his first time as a motorsport driver was in front of 68,000 screaming fans! At first, yes Linsey was nervous, feeling that power was new but after 19 years as a professional driver he says a lot of things are second nature to him now.

Favorite city? Linsey loves them all the cities where there is a show. this will be his first time to the new Atlanta stadium and he is excited. Linsey is sponsored by Lucas Oil and he talks of their unique and special stadium in Indianapolis. One concourse is decked out with Lucas Oil race cars, boats and offroad trucks and another side is set up just for racing. The stadium also has a huge museum.
